Martial Gauthier / Georges Flakenberg - 12 Silver-handled Knives

Set of 12 table knives housed in a case (interior in anti-oxidant fabric).
The handles, made by goldsmith Martial Gauthier (working in Paris between 1888 and 1902), are in silver (Minerve hallmark) and the blades, made by cutler Georges Falkenberg (working in Paris between 1894 and 1928), are in chromed steel.
They are monogrammed on one side of the handle with the initials "AD".
In Louis XVI style, they are elegant, in very good condition, beautiful shine, note a few light scratches from use.
French work from the late 19th / early 20th century (between 1894 and 1902).
