This elevator / trephine extractor, made of forged steel with faceted and turned sections, is a powerful, generously sized tool, offering a double grip and excellent handling.
It was used to assist in the operation of the trephine. Comparable examples can be found in specialized documentation.

Condition: excellent, with no breaks or restorations; only minor surface wear.
