Murano Glass Chandelier With 12 Arms Circa 1970
Important Murano glass chandelier, Italian work dating from the 1970s.
This model features an elegant structure with twelve harmoniously deployed arms of light, forming a balanced, airy whole.
Made from smoked glass, almost black with an eggplant sheen for the cups when lit , it stands out for the quality of its workmanship and its sober lines, characteristic of Italian design in the second half of the 20th century. The delicately curved arms support flared bobèches.
