This box is beautiful on its turned pedestal, and is sealed with a 3-point bayonet lock.
The semi-spherical lid features a wide rim. Inside was used to rotate round pills in metal powders.
Beautiful blond patina, but as is often the case, lid has been restored and the fine gluing is still visible.
