Richly inlaid natural wood table, opening with a drawer in the waistband.
The top features a marquetry decoration on a tuya burr background, composed of a central medallion adorned with a flowering vase, framed by circular reserves and foliate scrolls.
Different floral motifs, birds, horns of plenty and arabesques make up the ensemble.
The belt, also inlaid, features a plant motif in keeping with that of the top.
It rests on four turned baluster feet joined by a twisted X-shaped brace, with carved and decorated dice.
French work from the late 17th century.
