This rug features a typical geometric composition, with a succession of large cruciform medallions on a dark background, surrounded by stylized floral motifs and a rich multicolored border. The deep colors (reds, blues, ivory) testify to the artisan tradition of Kazak rugs.
Ancient tribal work, with a powerful, decorative design, characteristic of Caucasian productions.
Condition: good overall condition for an antique rug, please note two small holes that are not serious (see photos).
