Important mahogany and mahogany burl veneer console, Restoration style, work of the XIXᵉ century.
The front opens with three drawers, adorned with superb mahogany burl veneers with rich, decorative veins. The drawers retain their brass handles and lock escutcheons.
The curved belt rests on an elegant base composed of six curved legs, the uprights of which feature handsome carved scrolls at the top. The whole is joined by a turned strut, bringing stability and refinement to the whole.
The top is also veneered with mahogany burl, offering a beautiful natural wood pattern and a warm patina acquired over time.
With its generous dimensions and elegance, this console can be used as a wall table, lounge console or display piece.
