CASQUE DE SAPEURS-POMPIERS DE LA VILLE DE TROYES, model 1933, Fifth Republic.
Lightly trapezoidal, fully chromed helmet, retaining the features of the model 1926 helmet with ventilation holes, spring blades and chinstrap fasteners (Matricule No. 57). Folded brass snap ring straddles the outer edge of the visor and neck cover. Flat on the front of the crest with brass firebomb. Polished and chrome-plated crest secured by matte rivets. Brass faceplate embossed in a shield with the grenade framed by oak and laurel branches and a ribbon inscribed "SAPEURS POMPIERS DE TROYES". Brown leather chinstrap. Ochre leather inner cap cut into six wolf's teeth.
Overall good condition. Size 57 cm. I would like to point out a broken inner cap fastener, visible in photo N° 8.
