A genuine pair of 18th-century silver platters, hallmarked in Paris in 1783 by the silversmith Antoine Jouvet, who was admitted to the guild in August of the same year. The design features a rimmed border. Both platters bear beautiful, perfectly identical hallmarks. They are unpolished and show signs of use. Diameter: 26.8 cm. Weight: 1392 grams.
