17th Century Casket
Small wooden box covered in decorated embossed leather. Hasp lock, fastenings, handle, and corner reinforcements in wrought iron. The box is perfectly complete and in its original condition, with a few losses to the leather on both sides. A charming original key is present, along with a functional lock. Second third of the 17th century.
