A beautiful early 19th-century mahogany and Cuban mahogany veneer commode, opening at the front with three large fabric-lined drawers. The straight front and the flat column uprights are adorned with gilt and chased bronze mounts. It rests on claw feet and has drawer pulls. The top is black marble. Egyptian Revival period.
