Pair of Italian Art Deco bedside tables, dating to circa 1935, of Amalfi manufacture. The pieces feature refined walnut burl veneers on the front, enhanced by a distinctive semi-cylindrical projection in blond walnut burl, a hallmark of the Deco aesthetic.
The tops are finished in elegant black glass, perfectly complementing the soft, rounded lines of the structure. The original brass and transparent lucite handles are preserved; they show minor signs of wear but have intentionally not been replaced in order to maintain the authenticity and historical value of the pieces.
The interiors are crafted in oak, reflecting the quality of construction. This pair stands out for its balanced proportions, fine materials, and overall good condition.
