Elegant Piedmontese Transition Louis XV - Louis XVI armchair from the second half of the 18th century. Crafted from carved wood and finely gilded with gold leaf. The imposing and solid structure is characterized by refined ornamental sculptures with neoclassical motifs, with floral details, scrolls, and turned columns enriching the armrests and legs.
The seat, backrest, and armrests are upholstered in a fine ivory damask fabric with delicate floral motifs in pastel shades, predominantly pink and sage green. The lower edge of the seat is finished with decorative braiding, adding a further touch of luxury.
