This plate from the Porquier-Beau factory is in perfect condition. It bears the mark "Rosporden and Pont-l'Abbé" on the reverse. A similar plate can be found in a museum. This plate is decorated with a Breton scene: a young Bigouden woman in traditional Pont-l'Abbé costume presents an infant. The watercolor design is listed in the "Encyclopedia of Quimper Ceramics."
