Louis XVI Period Mahogany Console Table.
A medium-sized 18th-century console table in mahogany and mahogany veneer. Trapezoidal in shape, with concave sides and a period lower shelf. The top is of veined white marble. The lower shelf, encircled by a beautiful openwork bronze gallery, is framed by a bronze molding. It opens with a dovetailed drawer set into the apron. The uprights are fluted. In very good original condition, with minor restorations consistent with age. This piece can be viewed at our premises in L'Aigle (61300), by appointment.
