Louis XV Period Fireside Bergère, Stamped 18th Century
Elegant low bergère armchair, also known as a fireside chair, in natural wood (formerly lacquered), with cabriole legs, featuring molded details and a barely visible maker's mark. Probably by Delannois, dating from the Louis XV period of the 18th century. A beautiful, elegantly proportioned piece, very well upholstered, and covered in embossed Rooster de Roche velvet.
