A beautiful and charming portrait. Andrée Delions was a painter born in Brannay, Yonne, in the 19th century. She studied under Romain-Gérôme, A. Lambert, and Carrier-Belleuse. She exhibited still-life and figure pastels at the Salon des Artistes Français in 1903, 1904, 1908, and 1914. Pastel on canvas, 73 x 60 cm, in good condition. The gilt wood and stucco frame, 96 x 83 cm, is in used condition with some minor damage. Shipping within France.
