Octagonal barrel, rifled; marked on the upper face: COLT PT 1855 – ADDRESS COL COLT HARDFORD CTU USA AMERICA and serial number 15418 on the lower face.
Closed steel frame.
Five-chamber cylinder engraved with a cowboy and Indian battle, COLT'S PATENT marking, serial number 15418.
External hammer. Single action, rimfire percussion. Spur trigger.
Walnut stock.
Fairly good condition.
