Glazed terracotta wall panel created in 1972 for the city of Ostend (Stad Oostende), on the occasion of the Feest der Jubilarissen (Jubilee Celebration).
This sculptural composition depicts two stylized figures forming a couple, rendered in an abstract graphic language characteristic of modernist productions from the 1960s–70s. The relief is enhanced by an earthy brown and black glaze, bringing depth and presence to the piece.
