"Mahogany Console Table From The Late Empire/early Restoration Period"
A mahogany and flame mahogany veneer console table, featuring a single drawer in the frieze, rests on front console-shaped supports and straight rear supports, all joined by a curved shelf forming a base and resting at the front on claw feet. The piece is surmounted by a very fine blue Turquin marble slab, a sign of quality for the period. In very good condition, with a recently refreshed French polish. Late Empire/early Restoration period work.
