"Sèvres, 18th Century "
Beautiful terracotta statue "Tenderness", made between 1770 and 1780 by Boizot and Falconet. Several models were made in soft-paste porcelain and more rarely in terracotta. Below, a beautiful and clear Sèvres signature with two dots and the number 027; the head is broken and has been reattached. In some documents, it is referred to as "the woman with two doves".
