"Verstaen Safe"
Beautiful late 19th-century safe, made of brushed, fireproof steel, by Verstaen. The brass plaque is engraved with "Medallions LONDON & PARIS, VERSTAEN, 6 & 5 rue Beaujolais du Temple, PARIS". It opens with a drilled key and a combination lock. The letter combination can be changed at will. We can provide a tutorial explaining how it works. The interior includes two shelves. The wooden frame is not original. The rotating plate that conceals the lock is missing. Good condition. 59.5 x 33 cm / Height: 104 cm
