Walnut Writing Desk With One Drawer, Louis XIII Style, 19th Century
A Louis XIII style solid walnut flat writing desk from the second half of the 19th century. The legs are twisted, as is the stretcher that connects them. The central rail is surmounted by a finial. The apron features a large drawer in the front and moldings around the edge. The top has a double ogee molding in light walnut. A solid piece in very good overall condition. Height: 72.4 cm, Length: 110 cm, Width: 65 cm, Height under the apron: 59 cm
