NOTE: All our watches are inspected by our watchmakers and refurbished to give them a second life and restore them to the best possible condition. However, these watches remain pre-owned and may show some scratches or signs of wear. Furthermore, when necessary, the dials are restored by a master craftsman. It is also possible that the dials may have been replaced in the past with service dials as part of the refurbishment process. As our timepieces are pre-owned, we cannot provide a guarantee regarding water resistance. We are, of course, at your service to provide you with any further information regarding the condition of these watches.
RETURN POLICY: Due to numerous instances of abuse, we wish to clarify that returns are accepted within 14 days only, provided the item is returned in the same condition as when it was sold. Returns are invalid and therefore not accepted once the watch has been worn and damaged in any way (impact, broken or lost crystal, missing screws or any other part, damage due to water, rust, etc.). We remind you that you are purchasing a high-end watch, and we thank you for taking the utmost care of it. Dress watches (for example, Cartier watches in vermeil or gold) are precious timepieces and are not designed for sports, swimming, bathing, or any other risky activity.
