Small English "lowboy" style carved oak table, opening to reveal a drawer in the front decorated with a stylized vegetal motif, resting on four turned baluster legs joined by a rectangular stretcher. Originating in England, dating from the reign of George I, circa 1720, early 18th century. This table is in good overall condition, in its original state. Entirely pegged. Note: cracks in the tabletop, some damage and restorations to the wood, wear and age-related stains, see photos.
