A flamed Cuban mahogany secretary desk. Louis Philippe period, mid-19th century. The front features attractive flamed mahogany and is symmetrical. It opens with a drop-front covered in tan leather with a gilt frieze. It has five drawers in the front, including one upper drawer with a cyma molding and one on the plinth. The interior compartment has six drawers and two secret compartments. The marble top is Saint Anne Grey marble. Dimensions: 98 cm long x 147 cm high x 45 cm deep
