Louis XVI Period Mahogany Secretary Desk
A secretary desk veneered in dark satinwood with brass stringing, it opens with two doors in the upper section, three drawers, and a drop-front concealed by two drawers. The two doors are glazed, and the interior is decorated with simulated bindings, concealing six drawers and a storage compartment. This piece has been restored and French polished.
