Edmond Heuzé (1883–1967) was a 20th-century French painter, draughtsman, engraver, and illustrator, a member of the Académie des Beaux-Arts, and renowned for his portraits, circus scenes, and human figures. A self-taught artist influenced by the Parisian art scene and a friend of figures such as Suzanne Valadon and Maurice Utrillo, he exhibited in France and abroad. His works—watercolors, drawings, and engravings—are held in private collections and are regularly sought after on the art market. This work is framed with a giltwood frame.
