Small concubine chair in solid wood with a beautiful dark red lacquer finish. The curved, undulating back is carved with figures of musicians. It has a drawer under the seat with a patinated bronze pull knob. Qing Dynasty, Guangxu, circa 1880. Signs of wear consistent with age, but no missing pieces.
