A beautiful set of white porcelain plates decorated with small, hand-painted bouquets and scattered flowers (each one unique). The rim is scalloped, with a gilt border featuring a scalloped edge and a blue band with gilt clasps. In the style of 18th-century Sèvres, made in the mid-19th century. Each plate bears two ink stamps: one from the manufacturer (gold medal 1844) and the other from the retailer Garnier et Cie, rue de la Chaussée d'Antin. The set comprises 11 dinner plates (24.5 cm in diameter) and 6 soup plates (25 cm in diameter). In superb condition, with no wear to the gilding or decoration.
