Important blue and white Gien earthenware dinner service from the late 19th century. Coat of arms and count's crown on all pieces. Mark composed of intertwined letters used from 1875 to 1935. Composition: 22 dinner plates (24 cm diameter), 17 dessert plates (22 cm diameter), 2 large platters (37 cm diameter), 2 medium platters (31 cm diameter), 2 sauce boats (one with a lid and attached base, the other in two parts), 6 salad plates (24 cm long), 4 salt cellars (8 x 6.5 x 3.6 cm), 2 tall footed bowls (25 and 22 cm diameter), 2 short footed bowls (24 cm diameter). Minor chips on some pieces, cracks. A few plates have been more recently remade in the same pattern.
