Guy Lefevre was a French designer active from the 1960s to the 1980s. He was closely associated with Maison Jansen, for whom he designed tables, consoles, sideboards, and desks with a highly legible geometric design. His vocabulary blends polished brass and chrome, orthogonal structures, glass, travertine, or lacquered tops, sometimes with touches of parchment or refined Asian influences. The proportions are precise, the joinery clean, with particular attention paid to profiles and edges. He also designed nesting tables and modular sets that have become classics of the “Jansen 70” style. Today, his pieces are sought after for their timeless elegance and their ability to complement both contemporary and vintage interiors. An elegant duo with a chic presence, easily integrated into a contemporary or vintage living room.
