Large sunburst mirror in gilt metal, mid-20th century (1950s-60s). A beautiful piece featuring the iconic design by Gilbert Poillerat for Chaty in Vallauris. Excellent overall condition with beautiful original gilding and exquisite detailing, particularly in the twisted cord around the edge and the rays of the sunburst. A very generous size, 70 cm in diameter, which will add a striking decorative touch to any interior. The gilding is in excellent condition, with no pitting or damage.
