Set Of Six Louis XVI Style Lyre Chairs
Set of six Louis XVI chairs – late 19th century, with lyre-shaped backs in carved, painted lacquered wood, decorated with a rosette and interlacing motifs. The legs and uprights feature fluted and reeded moldings, joined by a connecting block. The seats are upholstered in light brown velvet with studs and are in good overall condition. The structure is stable, and the seats are comfortable. Original horsehair stuffing. Seat height: 47 cm - back height: 43 cm, for a total height of 90 cm. Leg height: 33 cm. Seat depth: 43 cm. Width: 44 cm.
