Large Art Deco vase, Longwy enamels. Circa 1934. D 5016. Art Deco vase in Longwy earthenware, with cloisonné decoration of geometric floral panels on a crackled cream background. The composition, punctuated by raised red lines, is typical of Longwy productions from the interwar period. The vibrant color palette (blue, yellow, green, and red) and balanced proportions give the piece a strong decorative presence.
Shape: 3058 (octagonal faceted vase, Art Deco shoulder, enameled base and neck).
