"Louis XVI Style Grey Lacquered Wooden Bed"
A Louis XVI style grey lacquered wooden bed to be placed against a wall. Late 19th or early 20th century. Symmetrical headboards decorated with plumes on the front. Carved crossbar on the front (natural wood for the crossbar against the wall). The headboards are upholstered in tufted fabric on a red background. (Faded on the exterior surfaces, a small hole on one exterior surface, braid needs repair). The four legs rest on casters. Dimensions of headboards: H 110 x W 130 cm. Total length: 214 cm. Sleeping area: 120 x 200 cm. Very heavy.
