"Sèvres Porcelain Cup, Oven-baked Blue, Bronze Mount"
A Sèvres porcelain cup, decorated with gallant scenes and landscapes in reserves on a blue kiln ground on the exterior and with scattered flowers on a white ground on the interior, richly enhanced with gilt; gilt bronze mount (wear) on a foot. The gallant scene decoration is signed Lancret (in the reserve); under the cup, the Sèvres mark with the letter E in the center. No cracks, no restoration. Made circa 1870-1900. Weight 10.5 kg
