Robert Francolin (1899-1974), Bouquet Of Roses, 77 X 68 Cm

Signed: lower left, Francolin, French School, born in Paris in 1899 and died in 1974.
Primarily a painter of French landscapes, but also an Orientalist at one point in his life.

The Centre Pompidou-Beaubourg holds in its collection a landscape of Marrakech that Robert Francolin painted around 1936. Sold with certificate of authenticity. Referenced artist, notably in the dictionary of painters of Montmartre (Paris). Oil on canvas, in very good condition.
