Small Louis XVI Sofa
Magnificent small Louis XVI style sofa, original paintwork. Carved wood decoration of floral garlands on an openwork back, and a Greek-style wave frieze on the crossbars. Quiver-shaped legs inspired by the work of the great cabinetmaker Georges Jacob. Very good condition, but needs reupholstering. 19th century.
