Unusual Walnut Model Of XVIIth Chest Of Drawers.
Rare and unusual model of a walnut chest of drawers with an alternating two-tone effect of ebony and walnut. The drawers, side panels, and pilaster strips are carved, but the most distinctive feature is the finely crafted sides, which feature a similar topographical view of the city. Another distinctive feature is the varying heights and sizes of the drawers, likely a reference to the cabinet's intended use, which unfortunately is unknown.
