The symmetrical, sinuous side handles are crafted from expertly chased gilded bronze.
The central body is broad and slightly rounded, featuring a large painted reserve depicting a romantic scene.
The central scene is surrounded by an extremely elaborate gilded frame with leafy scrolls and interlacing motifs.
Beneath the body is a quadrangular gilded base chased with a leafy motif.
