"Baccarat Greyhound Trinket Tray "
Antique and rare Baccarat crystal trinket tray in its original silk-lined leather case. The crystal tray features an acid-etched greyhound design. Length: 12.6 cm Width: 7.2 cm Height: 2 cm. This antique piece is in good condition, with a small scratch but no chips. It boasts a beautiful brilliance and a sumptuous design; the attention to detail and the finesse of the decoration are evident, showcasing the expertise of the Baccarat crystalworks' master glassmakers. There is no hallmark as it predates 1936. The shaped case bears the Baccarat mark in gold lettering. It likely dates from the early 1900s, when animal motifs were very fashionable.
