Handle with double rolls ending in tendrils.
Decoration below the scroll with an oval cartouche depicting a pharmacist wearing the hat of his guild.
The date 16-62 frames the figure.
This fine quality jar, dating from the mid-17th century, is in excellent condition.
No chips, cracks, or nicks.
