Dutch-style Marine Oil On Panel

A rocky coastline reveals a solitary white sail on the horizon beneath a blue sky heavy with clouds. Also solitary are a walker and a fisherman, lost in contemplation of the vast sea. Infinite nuances of color in shades of sand, green, gray, and blue characterize the painting. Signed lower left. This lovely oil on wood panel measures 14.5 cm x 20.5 cm and 32 cm x 38 cm with its beautiful Dutch-style frame. Good condition. Very slight signs of age. From an estate sale, it is ready to hang with its hook, which has been preserved on the back of the frame. Please note that I respond to all inquiries about my items.
