Pair of enameled sleeper earrings, French, 19th century. Oval sleeper earrings with enameled floral decoration, enhanced by a beaded border. A flap closure system allows the earrings to be inserted from the back. There is a trace of soldering on the back of one of the earrings. The setting is 18-karat yellow gold (750/1000), hallmarked with a horse's head. Gross weight: 2.2 g, total length: 2 cm.
