Two colored engravings depicting caricatures of the early days of cycling, particularly the draisine, one titled "Draisine, also known as a velocipede," "Portable and economical horses invented..." and the other "Sentimental velocipede or French draisine." They are housed in Louis XVI style frames of blackened and gilded wood.
Good condition, stains and foxing visible in the photos.
