Albert Regagnon (1874-1961), titled "Blagnac," oil on panel, dimensions: 46 x 55 cm. His father was a fabric merchant from Saint-Girons. From a very young age, he began painting and frequently visited the Musée des Augustins in Toulouse. In 1933, he participated in the Salon des Artistes Français and became a member. A landscape painter, his lesser-known yet most remarkable works are compositions depicting scenes of rural life in the Ariège region, many of which are held in private collections.
