Total length: 39.4 cm; blade length: 25 cm
Double-edged blade with flat edge, marked ‘SMF SOLINGEN’, hallmark.
Pommel moulded with a swastika in the centre of two oak leaf crowns on both sides.
White celluloid ferrule, fluted and twisted with aluminium wire.
Guard formed by the spread eagle of the Luftwaffe encircling the swastika, chiselled with oak leaves on top.
Nickel-plated scabbard.
Pommel with cartouche depicting oak leaves.
Bracelets with oak leaves and ring loops.
Double ring loops with aluminium braiding; loops, buckles and snap hooks featuring oak leaves.
Aluminium wire lanyard.
