A lovely and interesting late 19th-century majolica cachepot. In good condition with minor wear consistent with age. There is a firing flaw accompanied by a small chip/loss, barely visible due to its location (see photo). The colors are vibrant and shimmering. The fish tail serves as the pottery handles.
