View of Caudebec-en-Caux by Georges Binet (1865-1949). Beautiful Montparnasse frame. Dimensions: 61 cm x 46 cm without frame. 81 cm x 65 cm framed. Large-format works by this artist are rare. His reputation was built on his landscape paintings. Originally from Le Havre, he exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français, of which he was a member, and at the Galerie Legrip in Rouen. Some of his works are listed by the French Ministry of Culture. His work is notably featured in the Musée Malraux in Le Havre.
